  Tired of legalism, condemnation or menontonous ceremonial services that leave you feeling empty or depressed? It's called "The Good News" for a reason. Jesus said "my peace and joy I leave you". Come find out why and hear the one true gospel of GRACE where the pastors teach you the practical meaning of scripture line by line, verse by verse and leave you feeling uplifted. It would probably be wrong for me to say the best part of Coastal is the free donuts, coffee and friends.......but they need to be mentioned.

  When it comes to a Church, no review is going sway you one way or the other I am sure. If you happen to struggle with understanding the Bible you will however want to sit through 2 or 3 sermons and just listen. I could never understand what it meant to have a relationship with God. Now after 3 years I have to say this has changed.
  
  All Churches have people that come and go. Sometimes I wonder if it's because they let themselves get in between the Word and their heart.

  We have been looking for a Christmas centered, Bible preaching, ministry outreach, friendly church...after enjoying a nice meal at a Jersey restaurant, a lovely couple started telling us about the church they attend in Ocean City. We decided to try it the next Sunday. Greeted by a man in shorts and a sweatshirt, my husband grinned, he too loves wearing shorts and sweatshirts. The band was already playing when we entered the sanctuary. Truly talented, more importantly..worship minded and Christmas centered. The Pastor was a man's man. His examples included sports, golfing, a woman sporting a bow and arrow and hunting range. Anyone who has been visiting churches lately, you may have noticed men are in short supply. So for us, walking in to a beach community church, seeing both casual and dressy attire, friendly men and women, a large number of people of all ages and a Pastor who preached the gospel message in truth, with conviction, passion, and in love.. delivering it in a way that reaches men, the younger generation,(both in a current decline in churches across America) and dedicated to being a church that prays, wow! Thank you Jesus! May God bless this church for His glory and eternal purpose.
